Diversity Accord Associates Inc. is led by Rosetta Springer, a diversity and cultural Inclusion specialist and trainer in the Greater Toronto Area.   • The Coalition of 100 Black Women, New York, N.Y. — Served on committee that planned and implemented the United Nations International School (UNIS) Student Scholarship Fund
  • Delcon International Management, U.K. — Obtained $5,000.000 multiyear funding from the Arab Re-insurance League, Bahrain for African Re-insurance Institute in Banjul, Gambia.

  • Organization of Africa Unity, (OAU) Addis Ababa, Ethiopia — Negotiated and facilitated turnkey finance for conference facilities project
  • National Petroleum Company, Freetown, (NP) Sierra Leone — Generated joint venture financing proposal for oil shipping and marketing project.
  • Mano River Rice Union, Monrovia, Liberia — Facilitated Finance and Construction loan through the African Development Bank for office and training facilities.
